Welcome Letter

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Hello! I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Julia DiCastelnuovo (Miss D), and I am so excited to be your child’s 4^th grade teacher! During the year, I will be teaching your child Religion, Math, ELA which includes Grammar, Reading, Spelling, Vocab and Writing, Social Studies, and Science!

This is my 3rd year teaching at Holy Family School. Before my time at Holy Family, I have also had experiences in teaching Kindergarten at the Goddard School, as well as student teaching 3^rd grade in the Downingtown District. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Grades Preparation (PreK-4^th) from West Chester University of PA which I enjoyed very much so. I hope to return to work towards my Master’s. Outside of teaching, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my friends and family, staying active, and being a dog Mom.

I update my page as much as possible with reminders, news, homework, and other information that might be helpful.
