Lunch Bunch/Extended Day

Lunch Bunch Program 11:15 AM – 1:00 PM-Monday through Friday – Available to Preschool and Pre-K students.  You may choose to stay the same day(s) each week or on an as needed basis.  

Extended Day Program 11:15 AM – 3:00 PM-Monday through Friday – Available to Preschool and PreK students.  You may use this program as a scheduled day(s) each week all year, or it can be used on a drop-in basis, as needed.  

You are encouraged to reserve a drop-in space in advance by notifying your child’s teacher.  Please note that space is limited and children will be able to stay on a first come, first served basis.  Be sure to check for availability.

Packing your child’s lunch - Please send a healthy lunch in a bag marked with your child’s name and include a napkin, needed utensils and a drink.  We ask that you not send more food that your child would eat at home for lunch.  Please limit the snacks as students are provided with a morning snack during class time.  We have a full schedule at lunch which includes time for eating, socializing, and play.  We want your child to be able to enjoy each activity.

Cost and Payment- A coupon system may be used for payment.  You may send cash or check in with your child and the teachers will get the payment to the office.   Please indicate clearly on the envelope your child’s name and what you are purchasing.  We will receive coupons from the business office, which will be kept in a binder in the classroom and voided as they are used.  The teacher will notify you when it is necessary to purchase more coupons.  Coupons are void at the end of the school year in which they are purchased and are not transferable from one program to another.

Optional Payment for Fixed Schedule Lunch Bunch and Extended Day

If you plan to have your student stay for Lunch Bunch one or more of the same day(s) eweek, you may choose to pay for the entire year with one payment.  You must pick the same day(s) each week.  There are no credits or switching of days for a child being sick, a scheduled day off or a snow day.  This decision must be made on or before September 25th, no exceptions.  Otherwise, coupons will need to be purchased.

If you plan to have your student stay for Extended Day one or more of the same day(s) every week, you may choose to have your child’s schedule changed to that number of full days and your tuition will be adjusted for that amount.  Please contact Stephanie Bahr in the business office for the tuition adjustment amount.  There are no credits or switching of days for a child being sick, a scheduled day off or a snow day.  This decision must be made on or before September 20th, no exceptions.  Otherwise, coupons will need to be purchased.
