The Women in Aerospace and Technology Program is a collaborative effort developed by the AHMEC and the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania to offer a fun and educational hands-on program where girls engage in classes in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics – or STEM – including the physics of flight, energy and chemistry, mechanical engineering, and robotics. Any girl in grades 3-12 may become involved with the Women in Aerospace and Technology Program. At each grade level the girls explore a different STEM topic. Sessions are held on Saturdays from 2-4 pm at the American Helicopter Museum and Education Center in West Chester. Click on the links below for more information.
