Dear HFS Families,
I can hardly believe that it is June! We are down to our final days of the 2021-2022 school year. On top of that, we kicked off our year of Centennial celebrations with a very special Mass with Archbishop Nelson Perez. As I said yesterday at the end of Mass, I am so very proud to be a part of the HFS community, and I look forward to being a part of the next 100 years in Catholic education.
Principal’s Spotlight
It is with bittersweet emotions that I share with you this week’s Principal’s Spotlight.
Mrs. Bernadette Louden has submitted her resignation as our 5th-8th Honors Math teacher. Mrs. Louden has been a member of the HFS faculty since 2015, but somehow it seems like she has always been here. Mrs. Louden has made such a positive impact on her students, many of them and/or their parents have reached out to thank Mrs. Louden for giving them the tools they need to succeed in high school math, not to mention the love of math that she has fostered in them.
Thank you, Mrs. Louden! I wish you luck in your new position!
Mrs.Corinne Martino has also submitted her resignation. She will retire from her 40 year career in the field of Catholic education. Mrs. Martino has been the first person that many of you and your child(ren) met as you came into Holy Family School, and she has established wonderful, strong relationships with you all. Some of your children even think she is the principal! It goes without saying that we will miss her dearly, but as Mrs. Martino says, “The ocean is calling me!”
Mrs. Louden and Mrs. Martino, please know that you will be missed more than you can imagine, but always remember that He is “with you and will protect you wherever you go…” (Genesis 28:15).

There are only 7(!!) days left for lunch monitors in the month of June. If you have any time to spare, please click here to sign up.
Continuous Enrollment
We have a nice, healthy number for our enrollment next year, but there’s still room if you have yet to re-register. Eliminate the yearly paperwork, and sign up for Continuous Enrollment. Click here to get started.
If you are experiencing any difficulties in completing the form, please let us know. We are happy to walk you through it. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Advancement Director, Mrs. McNerney or the principal, Mrs. D’Amelio.
