December 20, 2021
Dear Holy Family School Family: It’s hard to believe the fourth Sunday of Advent is behind us and we are deep into December. While we are still working to get up to full speed following the incredibly difficult year of 2020, the last three months has been a period of relative calm and steady growth. We have a number of interesting projects underway including preparations for the Centennial Celebration which we plan to open with Mass celebrated by Archbishop Perez on June 2nd.
Through our Development and Marketing Committees, supplemented by members of our faculty, staff and Home and School Association, we have engaged the services of marketing firm Leapfrog, as we examine the benefits of refreshing our logo. Should a change be approved, it will likely extend to all Holy Family branding including our website and CYO. We have a number of talented individuals involved in these endeavors all of whom are passionate in their desire to bring nothing but the best to Holy Family School.
We began this year financially strong and remain on course as we move to the conclusion of 2021. Hopefully, we will be permitted in the not-too-distant future to return to Griffin Hall and our CYO teams will be able to enjoy the benefits of playing on beautiful new hard wood floors. Having just celebrated Thanksgiving we at Holy Family have much for which to be thankful. Perhaps that for which we should be most thankful is that we have great people - - everywhere you look whether it’s our professional staff, our faculty, our Home & School Association, our parents, our Pastor, or the members of our board past and present. All are talented, passionate, and devoted to Holy Family School and delivering a Catholic education to our children.
Wishing you a Blessed and Merry Christmas!
